At Bloom Her Path, every session is intentionally designed around you and your little one. By remaining mostly out-of-network, we’re able to provide truly individualized, whole-person care—free from the restrictions and time limits that often come with insurance-based models.

We currently only contract with one commercial insurance , whose values and fair billing practices align with our commitment to ethical and accessible care. This allows us to maintain flexibility while still offering coverage options for families when possible.

We support both women and babies with specialized care. We support infants from breastfeeding to bottle-feeding challenges, tethered oral ties, torticollis, head shape, and reflux. We support women from pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis recti, scar management, and guidance on returning to exercise. Our approach is functional and centered on helping your family feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

No, a referral is not needed to get started. If treatment is needed we will work with you and your provider to request a script.

At each session we will be discussing and assessing how your body, daily activities, and overall well-being are connected. We will:
Review your medical history and daily routines to understand how it impacts what you need and want to do.
Discuss your concerns and goals so we can focus care on what matters most to you.
Identify underlying factors that may be contributing to your current challenges.
Complete a whole-body, hands-on assessment that may include:
Range of motion and mobility
Strength and coordination
Tissue and joint palpation
Posture and alignment
Breathing and core support
Functional movement as it relates to daily activities and roles
At the end of the evaluation, we’ll review the findings together and create a collaborative, individualized care plan designed to support your daily life, roles, and long-term health.

Your baby’s evaluation is a gentle and supportive process designed to understand how they are developing, moving, and engaging with the world around them. During this visit, we will:
Review pregnancy, birth, and medical history to learn about your baby’s unique start and any important background.
Discuss your concerns and goals as a parent, whether related to feeding, motor skills, comfort, or daily routines.
Observe your baby’s responses and interactions, including how they move, play, and self-regulate.
Complete a hands-on assessment that may include:
Range of motion and flexibility
Muscle tone and strength
Coordination and reflexes
Posture and positioning
Feeding skills and oral motor patterns
Sensory responses and regulation
At the end of the evaluation, we’ll review our findings with you and develop a collaborative care plan. This plan will support your baby’s development while empowering you with tools, strategies, and activities you can use at home.

Yes, many families use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost of sessions. We can provide an itemized receipt (a superbill) for your records as requested.

You can submit for reimbursement, but it depends on your specific insurance plan whether it will be reimbursed and for how much. We are happy to give you a superbill (a itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company, depending on your plan.
We have partnered with Thrizer, a 3rd party out of network claims company, to make out of network therapy more accessible.
